MEED
MUSIC EUROPE EDUCATION CONGRESS
Welcome to Hungary dear participants. We are waiting for you at the BMZ Private Musicschool.
MEED is a European network connecting music educators, cultural organisations, and creative professionals to share ideas and develop innovative approaches to music teaching. Coordinated by Topophone in Toulouse, France, the project promotes collaboration across countries through workshops, mobility programs, and international exchanges.
Its mission is to make music education more inclusive, creative, and accessible, while strengthening dialogue between traditional and contemporary teaching methods. MEED also works on building a shared online platform that collects and spreads good practices and learning resources from across Europe.
By bringing together teachers, musicians, and cultural actors, MEED helps shape a future where music is a tool for communication, participation, and social connection — beyond borders and disciplines.

GÓBÉ CULTURAL ASSOCIATION- TRADITION IN MOTION
The Góbé Cultural Association was founded by the members of the Góbé band to create a professional, non-profit framework for their artistic, educational, and cultural activities both within and beyond the group’s work. Our mission is to preserve and renew Hungarian folk traditions, foster artistic innovation, and connect generations and cultures through music.
We support emerging musicians and ensembles with management, mentoring, and professional guidance, helping them navigate both the Hungarian and international music scenes. Through our AllEars Management branch, we provide booking, promotion, and strategic development for world and folk music artists.
Our international engagement is strong: we are involved in projects such as Ethno Hungary, part of the global Jeunesses Musicales International network, and the MEED Education Erasmus+ program, which promotes innovative music education across Europe.
Each year, we organize the Boglart Folk and World Music Festival, a unique meeting point for musicians, teachers, and audiences, combining workshops, concerts, and open sessions that celebrate creativity and cultural exchange.
Beyond events and projects, the Association serves as a platform for international collaboration, educational initiatives, and cultural diplomacy, building bridges between Hungary and the wider world.
At Góbé Cultural Association, we believe that folk music is not only heritage — it is a living, evolving language that can inspire, connect, and empower communities across borders.
